Community Participation Support

Our NDIS community services are designed to support participants in engaging with mainstream and community activities that foster social inclusion, independence, and personal growth. Participating in these community activities can enhance wellbeing, boost confidence, and forge meaningful connections that have a positive influence on education, employment, health, and overall quality of life. 

If your NDIS plan includes Capacity Building funding for Increased Social and Community Participation, you can access these valuable supports through us. With our NDIS plan management, your funding remains flexible and customized to meet your individual needs.
